Axel Leijonhufvud, who is president of the Hiab business area, has resigned from the company.
President and CEO
Mika Vehviläinen is the interim head of the Hiab business area.
"Axel Leijonhufvud has during almost seven years successfully developed our supply operations at Cargotec to a level required in today's business and he has also started the renewal of Hiab. I would like to thank him for his contribution," says Vehviläinen.
From 25 October 2013, the members of Cargotec's executive board are president and CEO Mika Vehviläinen, executive vice president and chief financial officer Eeva Sipilä, senior vice president, human resources Mikko Pelkonen and business area presidents Eric A Nielsen (MacGregor) and Olli Isotalo (Kalmar). Senior vice president, general counsel Outi Aaltonen, is acting as secretary to the executive board.

Hamburg, GermanyDr Helmut Limberg, member of the Jungheinrich board of management responsible for the sales division, is leaving the company. Limberg has stepped down as a board member, effective from 15 November 2013.
The supervisory board has entrusted
Hans-Georg Frey, the chairman of the board of management, with the temporary management of the sales division.

Dori Kozak as marketing manager. Kozak will report to director of marketing, Amanda Merrell.
Derek Roberts has been named director of sales and reports to John Hayes, vice president of sales and marketing, North America. The company is expanding its sales team as it has experienced a 350% increase in Seegrid robotic industrial truck orders in the year to date compared to 2012.

Gary Ensey have been named regional sales managers and will report to Derek Roberts.

Xavier Pontone as a director on its board of directors. Pontone is managing director of Air Liquide Advanced Business. He currently leads a team that develops new growth opportunities for the Air Liquide group, with a focus on hydrogen mobility, biogas and energy transition. He also sits on the board of directors of HyPulsion, the company's joint venture with Plug Power, and is very active in expanding the market opportunity for hydrogen-powered materials handling vehicles in Europe. Pontone previously served as manager of operations control centre of Air Liquide Industries, where he managed operations of 12 large industrial gas (O2, N2, H2 and CO) product networks.
Dr Gregory Kenausis, founding partner and chief investment officer at Grand Haven Capital AG, is also joining the board of directors. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Dr Kenausis has extensive responsibilities, from business concept development to financial model construction and investment decision-making. He holds multiple patents and has been published in several distinguished research publications. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
The company also added
Keith Schmid to the management team as chief operating officer. Schmid has over 20 years of global experience in industrial business-to-business technology markets, holding positions in product design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing. He was general manager for Exide Industrial Energy-Americas and president and CEO for Power Distribution Inc.

Adrian Corless is leaving his post as chief technology officer to take a new position as CEO of Carbon Engineering in Calgary, Canada.

Kirchner will hold executive responsibility for Raymond sales and service centres as well as national accounts. He brings more than 30 years of sales experience to The Raymond Corporation, including seven years in the materials handling industry. Previously, Kirchner served as director of sales at Carolina Handling, a Raymond sales and service centre headquartered outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to this position, he held several leadership positions, including vice president of sales for ColorGraphics, a Cenveo company, and general manager for Enovation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujifilm.
