Washington, DC, United StatesAndy Studdert, chairman and CEO of US-based NES Rental, has been elected as the new president of the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) at the IPAF annual general meeting on March 26 in Washington, DC. He succeeds
Steve Couling, managing director of the IAPS Group.
Studdert has been the CEO of NES Rentals for the past 11 years, where he instilled a stringent safety culture based on repeatable processes, a culture of intervention and crisis preparation. Prior to his time at NES Rentals, he was the COO of United Airlines from 1999 to 2002. He also served previously as head of fleet operations (1997-1999) and chief information officer (1995-1997) at United Airlines. He joined the IPAF board of directors three years ago.
Nick Selley, group business development director of AFI-Uplift, was elected deputy president, and
Brad Boehler, president of Skyjack, was elected vice president of IPAF.

Michael Field as chief executive officer, and
Tim Combs as president of sales and marketing at Raymond.
Field will oversee the operations, engineering, sales and marketing, and administrative functions at Raymond. Since joining Raymond in 2004, Field has served as the vice president of engineering and, most recently, president of operations and engineering.
As president of sales and marketing at Raymond, Combs will lead sales and marketing activities, including distribution development. He is currently the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Raymond.

Francesco Tagliaferri as sales director for Asia Pacific.
Tagliaferri will be in charge of sales in the Far East markets, with particular focus on China.
He will be responsible for creating a solid sales network in the countries close to China, including South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. He has an engineering background and experience in technical and sales positions. He has most recently held the role of product manager within the Bolzoni Auramo organisation, directly supporting OEM customers and its worldwide sales network.
