The Benelux region has joined Spain, Finland, Scandinavia, Russia, Turkey, the Far East, the UK and Australia in sharing a common marketing strategy after Bolzoni Auramo and Meyer announced last week that they have joined forces in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg.
Both brands' product ranges will now be distributed through Bolzoni Group's operation in Helmond, The Netherlands. Bolzoni Auramo BV will also offer consultancy for logistics solutions for customer materials handling applications.
Bolzoni Auramo BV has an experienced service team and well-equipped workshop for after-sales, repairs, on-site installations and product modifications. A European rental fleet is available for long- and short-term rentals.
"The service team is made up by a service manager plus two field engineers travelling in the country with their service vans. They can service the equipment on-site or in-house, install the new attachments on the forklifts and offer maintenance contracts," says Bolzoni SpA marketing manager Paola Baldini.
"Bolzoni Auramo BV keep a vast stock of spare parts, as well as forks, sideshifts, fork positioners and other top seller products," she adds.
The company, which was set up in 2003 to distribute Bolzoni attachments, offers a comprehensive range of attachments, supplied through the specialised product development centres and production facilities in Italy, Finland and Germany.
Bolzoni SpA, headquartered in Piacenza, Italy, specialises in the development and production of sideshifters, fork positioners, parallel clamps, carton clamps, push pulls, lift tables and forks.
Auramo Oy in Vantaa, Finland develops paper products and produces paper roll clamps, while Meyer GmbH, based in Salzgitter, Germany, develops and produces multiple pallet handlers, pulp and waste paper clamps and rotators.
