There were several different cylinders used on that model machine so you have to probably get the packing from a Hyster dealer by giving them the serial number. It looks like your cylinder has 2 shafts that come out of the top. That would use 2 different sized sets of seals. Remove the packing nuts and pull the shafts right out. Also a 3 wheel model I think is J25A. S is the 4 wheel models.
