Castle Equipment Company has appointed Todd J Doxsee to the position of national dealer development manager.
Doxsee has more than 30 years’ experience in the materials handling and equipment industries, most recently working as national dealer development and business manager for LuiGong Forklifts North America.
He has also held roles with Hangcha Forklifts, GW Van Keppel Company and Oram Material Handling Systems.

Heli’s first employee in Canada, Alt Haider, has been conferred the Order of Rizal, one of the Philippines' most distinguished national honours, a first for anyone working within the materials handling sector.
Haider, who works in sales operations for Heli, became the company’s first employee in Canada in 2024. His father had been responsible for making Heli the number one MHE brand in Pakistan some years earlier.
Haider received the Order of Rizal for his work with Canada’s Filipino community. He is also the first person of Pakistani origin to receive the award.

Natalie Russell
Natalie Russell has been named as the chief financial officer with US autonomous vehicle developer, Cyngn.
Russell joined Cyngn in March 2023 as director of accounting and she served five years with Ernst & Young’s audit team.
“I’m honoured to take on the CFO role at Cyngn,” says Russell. “With industrial autonomous vehicle adoption accelerating, we have a significant opportunity ahead.
