Cyngn continues rolling out its autonomous DriveMod vehiclesAutonomous vehicle technology developer, Cyngn, has secured USD32 million in funding, which it says will help it to continue growth plans through until 2027, and has also announced a partnership with US multinational technology company, Nvidia.
CEO Lior Tal says the successful capital raising, “gives us the fuel to move even faster and scale DriveMod [equipped vehicles] across factories, warehouses, and other industrial environments”. DriveMod is Cyngn’s autonomous vehicle solution currently available on Motrec-160 Tuggers and BYD Forklifts.
Tal says the recent uptick in the number of DriveMod-enabled vehicles now operating across manufacturing, logistics and automotive sites, had resulted in the company relocating its corporate headquarters to Mountain View which offers larger test and demonstration areas.
“Similarly, our collaboration with Nvidia has helped us move faster,” Tal continues. “Nvidia continues to unlock new capabilities and smarter autonomy through the Isaac platform, harnessing advanced simulation to accelerate the development of our Physical AI system.
“These are challenging times. Wars. Tariffs. Economic uncertainty. The only thing we can control is the work.”
