Wolter Group has acquired Kensar Equipment

Wolter Group LLC has confirmed the acquisition of Kensar Equipment Company, a full-service materials handling company based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Kensar Equipment Company offers used materials handling equipment nationwide, as well as new equipment, used equipment, parts, rentals and service to manufacturing, warehouse and distribution centres throughout Indiana.

The acquisition not only expands Wolter Group LLC's footprint into Indiana, but adds strength to the used and wholesale equipment distribution segment of the business.

Going forward, Kensar will expand its offerings of materials handling solutions through Wolter Group resources. This will entail expanded product lines, an enlarged parts inventory and access to a 1,000 plus-unit rental fleet.
