KION Vietnam has been established with the opening of a new site in Ho Chi Minh City, marking what it describes as a “strategic milestone” in its Asia Pacific growth plans.
KION says its Vietnamese subsidiary will carry its full range of materials handing equipment and warehouse automation solutions.
“The Vietnam site isn't just an office – it's a strategic commitment to Vietnam's logistics transformation and our confidence in Southeast Asia's growth potential,” the company states.

East Penn Manufacturing has been named one of America’s Best Employers for Women in 2025 by Forbes magazine and market research company, Statista.
Final scores for companies nominated for the honour, is based on personal evaluations given by employees with are weighted much more highly than the second type of evaluations which are accepted from the public.

RMH acquires Complete Solution Robotics

RHM Systems has acquired Complete Solutions Robotics
Warehouse automation and industrial robotics developer, RMH Systems, has acquired Colorado-based Complete Solution Robotics (CSR), which will allow RMH to expand its in-house engineering expertise and regional footprint in the area.
The two companies have previously partnered on automation projects and RHM says the acquisition will also help it to meet the growing demand for integrated automation solutions from the one location.
RMH says CSR has a strong history of “designing intelligent, custom automation systems for manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution” centres.
“We are thrilled to welcome the CSR team to RMH,” says Ryan Howard, president of RMH. “This acquisition supports RMH’s broader growth strategy to meet the increasing demand for integrated automation, material handling and packaging solutions—all under one roof.”
