Jeannette Walker has been named as the vice president - customer for TVH Americas, a subsidiary of global materials handling equipment parts provider TVH Parts Holding.
Walker has been welcomed back to TVH after serving for the last two years as chief executive officer of MHEDA (the US Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association).
Walker first started with TVH in 2007 as marketing manager before rising through the ranks to be named VP of sales in 2021.
“After an incredibly rewarding chapter serving the material handling industry, I’m excited to return to TVH in a role focused on our customers,” Walker states.
“Having spent over two decades with the company, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside an incredible team. I know the impact we can make when we align our teams, products, and services around what matters most - our customers.”

Autonomous vehicle solution specialists Seegrid, has named Chris Baker as its new chief executive officer.
Baker brings almost 25 years of leadership experience in engineering software and industrial markets, positioning Seegrid, the company states, “for its next phase of accelerated innovation and growth”.
His most recent position was as CEO with private equity-backed software solution specialists New Eagle, where he worked for two years.
“Seegrid is defining the future of autonomous vehicle technology in material handling, and I am honoured to join the team at such a pivotal time,” Baker says. “I look forward to working alongside this extremely talented team and its industry partners to continue advancing solutions that deliver measurable impact for our customers while strengthening Seegrid’s leadership in the market.”
Baker has been appointed following the retirement of former CEO Joe Pajer, who continues to serve on the company’s Board of Directors.

Jan Barkmeijer has been named as the chief commercial officer with Meijer Group, a supplier to the Dutch manufacturing industry, where he will be responsible for the commercial activities of Meijer Material Handling Solutions and Meijer Metal.
Meijer Group says the appointment is an important step in its growth strategy with Barkmeijer’s focus set to be on strengthening customer relationships, developing new markets and building the group’s strategic position.
Barkmeijer brings wide experience in the sales and marketing sectors.
