American robot maker Seegrid has appointed Tom Panzarella as chief technology officer.
Panzarella, who has more 27 years of experience in engineering and robotics, founded two robotics companies, Love Park Robotics, which was acquired in 2018, and Box Robotics, which Seegrid acquired in September 2020, making Panzarella and his co-founder John Spletzer technology leaders within the company.
"Tom's exceptional leadership and dedication to technological innovation have been pivotal in shaping Seegrid's market leading autonomous mobile robot (AMR) solutions,” says Seegrid chief executive officer Joe Pajer.
“With Tom at the helm of our technology and development teams, I am confident that Seegrid will continue to revolutionise the future of material handling automation."

Susan Bray

Logistec has added steel industry veteran Susan Bray to its board of directors.
"With over 40 years of experience in the steel industry, Susan's insight into domestic and international logistics, customs and trade compliance will certainly add value to Logistec's growth plan,” says Logistec chief executive officer Sean Pierce.
“Susan's experience in strategic process planning aligns with our goal of leveraging new technologies to reach the next level of operational excellence."
Bray held leadership positions at US Steel Texas Works, Thyssen Steel Group, MAN Ferrostaal and ArcelorMittal.
In 2023, she founded Braybridge Logistics Consultants to further service heavy industries in need of broad-based, strategic logistics expertise.
Based in Houston, Texas, Bray currently sits on the advisory board of the Great Lakes Pilotage Association.
She has served on the boards of various steel, logistics and trade related committees and maintains active membership in several organisations.
Paul Good

Good
Seko Logistics has promoted Australian managing director Paul Good to the role of Asia Pacific President.
As APAC President, Good will assume all regional leadership responsibilities in addition to maintaining his role as Australian managing director.
In this dual capacity, he will split his time between his home base in Australia as well as Hong Kong and China.
“Under Paul's leadership, our APAC region will continue to treat challenges as opportunities, enhance optimisation, to thrive and achieve new milestones,” says Seko chief executive officer James Gagne.
Good’s international logistics experience includes roles at Agility and Kuehne+Nagel.
Ydo Doornbos

Experienced tyre industry executive Ydo Doornbos has been named GRI’s new director of North America.
Mr Doornbos’ journey in the tyre industry began in 1995 with a six-month internship at Monarch Industrial Tires in the United States, after which he commenced his extensive career at Trelleborg Wheel Systems (TWS) in Europe.
In 2005, Ydo returned to the US, and held several senior roles at TWS, including regional president North and Central America for agriculture materials handling and construction.
He also held the role of vice president of business development at American Pacific Industries (API).
"Ydo's extensive industry knowledge and leadership will be invaluable as we strengthen our presence in North America,” says GRI managing director Prabhash Subasinghe.
