Industrial forklift battery manufacturer Bulldog Battery Corporation has promoted James Brown to the position of chief operating officer, effective December 1.

In this position, Brown oversees operational functions at Bulldog’s manufacturing facilities while also managing supply chain operations and strategic planning.

“His promotion reflects Bulldog’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, renewed customer confidence, and sustainable, employee-driven growth,” the company states.

Brown has been with Bulldog for almost four years and was previously manager of operations and human resources.

He was worked in health and safety for more than 18 years.

Bulldog Battery is based in Wabash, Indiana and is 100% employee-owned.

Claudia Bibiano

TVH Parts - United States

Claudia Bibiano has announced on LinkedIn she has taken up the role of commercial excellence roll-out manager with materials handling equipment parts manufacturer TVH Parts. She will be based in Kansas.

Bibiano says in her new role she will: “Lead the rollout of commercial excellence initiatives, improving sales processes, tools, and training to drive consistency and performance across regions”.

Bibiano has been employed with TVH Parts since January 2024 as a bilingual marketing coordinator. She also previously worked with the business between 2013 and 2021 where she worked as a customer service specialist before being promoted to the role of marketing & advertising project coordinator.
