East Penn Manufacturing is using the retirement of president and CEO Chris Pruitt to divide the role into two positions and has announced Pete Stanislawczyk will take on the position of chief executive officer from September 29.
Stanislawczyk has been with East Penn for more than 30 years and is being promoted from his current positions of executive vice president and chief commercial officer.
He was formerly held the position of senior vice president of transportation and diversified sales. In his new role, Stanislawczyk will oversee the company’s operations and commercial areas of the business, including manufacturing and distribution, engineering, sales, and marketing. He will also serve on the East Penn Board of Directors.

Christy Webber will take up the role of president with East Penn manufacturing in September following the retirement of incumbent president Chris Pruitt.
Weeber is being promoted from her current positions with East Penn of executive vice president and chief financial officer.
In her 13 years with East Penn, Weeber has also held the positions of senior vice president of finance. In her new role, she will oversee finance, legal, personnel, and IT as well as serve on the East Penn Board of Directors.
