Kensar has bought Integrity Industrial Equipment |
Kensar Equipment Company, a division of Wolter Group LLC, serving Indiana and Ohio, has acquired Integrity Industrial Equipment, a forklift and materials handling equipment provider in Dayton, Ohio.
Integrity Industrial Equipment currently provides its surrounding communities with new and used forklifts and materials handling equipment, rentals and service repairs.
In joining forces, Kensar Equipment is able to expand its footprint further into Ohio, providing even more businesses with an expanded range of new and used materials handling equipment, service, parts, rentals and training.
Additionally, the acquisition broadens the product portfolio which Integrity Industrial Equipment is able to offer, with the addition of KION North America's Linde and Baoli lines of electric, gas, and LP forklifts, as well as Doosan Industrial Vehicles' range of forklifts and materials handling equipment, according to a company statement.
"Strength of materials handling expertise and product portfolio plays a critical role in the growth of warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities across Ohio to reduce costs and minimise downtime," explains Jerry Weidmann, president of Wolter Group. "It's vital that we're able to rapidly identify and support the needs of our customers so their focus can remain on their business."
Integrity Industrial Equipment is a veteran-owned and -operated equipment supplier, supporting businesses throughout the Dayton, Ohio area. Integrity's staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the industry.
Kensar is one of the most recent additions to the Wolter Group, having been
acquired in June last year.
