Wolter Group has acquired A D Lift Truck, a family-owned and -operated forklift and materials handling company with over 40 years in the industry. "This partnership allows us to further expand our footprint across the Midwest while equipping A D Lift Truck customers with the Wolter Group of Companies' extensive product and solution portfolio," explains Jerry Weidmann, president of Wolter Group LLC. "We understand that businesses are changing the way they operate and we want to be there to offer our trusted expertise and guidance." Rudy Dodorico, former owner of AD Lift Truck, will continue to run the AD Lift operations as part of the Wolter Group LLC.
