Mitsubishi expands PREMIA family
Almere, The NetherlandsMitsubishi Forklift Trucks has added the PBF25N2 truck to the PREMIA EM series of platform power pallet trucks and introduced a new series of diesel-powered, pneumatic-tyre forklifts.
The 2.5 T PREMIA truck is designed to cope with demanding conditions and is built for non-stop, intensive use. The company says it can carry heavier loads over longer distances and at higher speeds. Like all PREMIA trucks, its vital components are enclosed and protected against water, dirt, damage and wear.
The new FD40N1-FD55N1 series has an 8,000-12,000 lb. (3,629-5,443 kg) lifting capacity and a new engine that provides a 21.6% increase in fuel efficiency over previous versions, the company says. The engine also complies with EPA Tier 4 emissions standards.
Jungheinrich presents pallet mover
Hamburg, GermanyJungheinrich is introducing the ERC 215a auto pallet mover for in-house logistics operations.
Launched last month, the pedestrian truck comes with the latest generation of three-phase AC technology, operates automatically in the warehouse and can handle payloads of up to 1.5 T. The new driverless transport system is designed primarily to carry out recurring transport assignments. In its standard version, the truck can handle lifting heights up to four metres (13 ft.).
TMHE launches new 80-volt forklift
Brussels, BelgiumToyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE) has launched the Toyota Traigo 80-volt electric forklift with load capacities ranging from 2-3.5 T.
The forklift is the result of an intense and continuous collaboration between Toyota and its customers. It comes with a wide range of chassis, masts and options to suit individual customer needs and completes the Traigo range of electric counterbalance forklifts.
