CLARK Material Handling Company recently conducted a National Service Manager Training seminar at its manufacturing plant in Lexington, Kentucky.
The meeting covered a variety of topics including maintenance procedures on the CLARK S-series and GTS forklifts, as well as for the new OSQ Task Support Vehicle. Additionally, attendees reviewed the CLARK Quality process and toured the manufacturing facilities.
The meeting closed with a discussion on the benefits and differences associated with internal combustion and electric trucks and the support policies and procedures associated with each.

The Raymond Corporation recently earned a 2019 talent management leadership award from the National Association of Manufacturers' Manufacturing Leadership Council. The talent management leadership award, given to creators of innovative and engaging workforce solutions, was presented to Raymond for its Raymond Virtual Reality Simulator. The high achiever award was presented to a select group of Manufacturing Leadership Council award winners that received the highest scores in the nine project categories.

Crown honoured in Philippines
Crown earned the Outstanding Customer Service award
Crown Lift Trucks Philippines Corp., part of Crown Equipment Corporation, recently earned the Outstanding Customer Service award for industry-leading customer service standards from Fast Logistics Philippines.
Over the companies' three-year relationship, Fast Logistics has amassed a fleet of more than 100 Crown forklift units, including counterbalance forklifts (SC series), order pickers (MPC series), pallet trucks (PC and WP series) and reach trucks (RR and RD series).
William Chong, chief executive officer for the Fast Logistics Group, presented the award in recognition of the company's cooperation with Crown which has helped Fast Logistics to meet its business goals.
