Crown has released its C-B Series 80 V electric, pneumatic tyre counterbalance forklifts with capacities ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 lbs. (2,268kg to 3,175kg).

The C-B series is suitable for use in both indoor and outdoor environments.

A statement from Crown says the forklift combines “the power of AC traction control with low energy consumption and offers a heavy duty, optimised steer axle that provides strength and manoeuvrability”.

The range features a sealed AC controller, enclosed drive motor and silicon-sealed wiring.

The forklift is ergonomically designed with intuitive controls of all hydraulic functions located within easy reach to help reduce operator fatigue.

The C-B Series forklift features standard operator-assist technologies to reduce mast sway.

Optional features include modular cabins, fingertip controls and additional operator-assist technologies that help manage travel speed and forward tilt of the mast.
