Randy Reece

FMH Material Handling Solutions has appointed Randy Reece as its new president.
Reece joins the business from Equipment Depot Ohio after 16 years, starting in sales before promotion to sales manager, then general manager, followed by regional director of sales, and ultimately regional vice president with full sales and operations responsibility over eight branch locations.
Reece becomes the second president in FMH's long history, building on the successful dealership that John Faulkner created.
Bob Toupin

Bob Toupin has joined Tompkins Solutions as vice president of IT and supply chain technology. In this role, Toupin will be responsible for supply chain software assessments and implementations, including warehouse management system (WMS), warehouse execution system (WES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
Toupin has more than 25 years of experience delivering business-driven technology solutions that increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs. An accomplished IT executive, Toupin also has deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, Lean Six Sigma and implementing global enterprise-wide systems.
Prior to joining Tompkins, Toupin was CIO of Jackson Healthcare, and also served in executive leadership roles for BlueLinx Corporation and PaperWorks Industries.
Ute Filippone
Elokon - Germany
Elokon has appointed Ute Filippone as its new chief operating officer. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Filippone brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Elokon team.
Prior to joining the company, Filippone served in executive roles at a leading, NASDAQ-quoted, US company, where she oversaw operations of its European subsidiaries and international expansion.
Udo Schmidt

Cascade Corporation has appointed Udo Schmidt as vice president – Europe, a promotion from his most recent position of managing director - Europe. As an integral member of the executive leadership team, Schmidt will continue to lead and manage Cascade’s European operations. He will be dedicated to the continued growth of Cascade Europe while being involved in key corporate strategic initiatives.
Schmidt has been with Cascade since 2003 and over these 20 years has held several positions with increasing responsibility, where he has led and supported major developments around Cascade facilities in Europe. His roles have included leading the European fork division, country sales manager for Germany, OEM sales manager for Europe, and senior project engineer.
