Forklift telematics and safety systems provider Elokon has entered a distribution partnership with Carroll Technologies Group, which makes safety and communication equipment for the mining, construction and steel sectors.

The companies say their new alliance will deliver cutting-edge safety technologies to a diverse range of industries, including warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, mining, construction and steel.

“By partnering with Carroll Technologies, we’re better able to provide companies in industries such as mining, construction and steel with the safety technologies they need to ensure their valuable employees and expensive equipment are well protected and efficient,” says Mark Stanton, president and general manager, North America, Elokon.

“Carroll Technologies knows these industries well, making them an ideal sales, service and support partner to help meet the needs of each individual company.”

Carroll Technologies sales account manager Josh Johnson says the partnership will fill a gap of technology for the company’s customer base.

“This will allow us to target new customers and industries while also bringing a niche product to our existing customer base,” Johnson says.

“The ability to customise this product and integrate it into existing systems allows our team the flexibility to offer many solutions to our client's needs.”

As well as forklift safety and assistance systems, Elokon also offers fleet management solutions that provide insights into vehicle usage, maintenance needs and operational efficiency.
