JM Equipment wins 2004 President's Award
CHICAGO, IL, United StatesJM Equipment, headquartered in Modesto, California, has won the Nissan Forklift 2004 President's Award for dealership excellence.
It was the third time JM Equipment had received the award.
Nissan Forklift president Tak Tokugawa said JM had been "a loyal Nissan dealer for 23 years and a Nissan Nine recipient many times over".

Toyota celebrates new facility opening
COLUMBUS, IN, United StatesToyota this week opened a national customer centre at its manufacturing facility, Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (TIEM), in Columbus, Indiana.
The forklift supplier invested USD11 million to add 108,000 square feet (10,033.5 square metres) to the TIEM facility, expanding its distribution centre and building a "state-of-the-art" customer centre.

Malta Freeport Terminals Ltd has signed a deal for 13 container handling machines from KCI Konecranes.
The order is 10 eight-wheel, all-electric, 50-ton KCI Konecranes rubber-tyred-gantry cranes, two masted SMV Konecranes forklifts (SMV SL6/7, ESB 90) and a 37-ton, SMV SL 37-1200 forklift.
