TVH Australasia Pty Ltd has announced that it has executed an agreement to purchase Independent Parts and Service Australia Pty Ltd (IPS), effective from September 1st, 2015.

IPS is Australia's leading independent provider of Aerial Work Platform (AWP) spare parts to the access industry.

TVH managing director Grant Adam says the purchase of IPS strengthens its continued commitment to be the leading supplier of replacement parts and accessories to the materials handling, agricultural parts and industrial equipment industries.

TVH is the leading supplier of aftermarket forklift spare parts and accessories to the forklift sales, repair & fleet rental industry in Australia. With a head office in Brisbane, it has branches in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

Also based in Brisbane, IPS Australia, part of the IPS Group, was established in 2005, to supply spare parts for powered access machinery and the Merlo Telehandler range.

IPS Australia supplies EWP-branded spare parts to Australia, New Zealand and Asia from its extensive warehouse.
