A.P. Moller Maersk inaugurates a sustainable 16,000 sqm warehouse in Cameroon's Douala Port Zone, featuring battery-powered forklifts charged by solar energy to align with their 2040 net zero goal.

Genkinger introduces a versatile electric transport vehicle called Sherpa to address customer demands for smaller all-round electric transporters. The transporter is available in various wheelbases and payload capabilities.

Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas introduces new electric UniCarriers models designed for efficiency in crowded warehouse spaces. They offer a 16-hour runtime on a single charge, industry-leading speed, and operator-adjustable features like weight adjustment among others.

The Port of Abidjan's has expanded its fleet of electric rubber-tired gantry cranes (RTGs) to 18, improving container storage efficiency and consolidating their eco-responsible approach.

And from the blogs... Lithium batteries for forklift rental fleets have proven to be beneficial for both dealers and renters. As forklifts go electric, lithium-ion batteries offer longer lifespan, cost-efficiency, and sustainability says Tim Karimov president of lithium battery maker OneCharge.
