The Combi-CB70E can handle long and bulky loads

One of Combilift’s electric forklift models was among the winners of the Fifth Italian Terminal and Logistics Award.

The Combi-CB70E 7 T electric counterbalance won the award in the product innovation category.

The ITALA-Italian Terminal and Logistic Awards event was created to highlight the capabilities of port terminal, intermodal and logistics operators in Italy and abroad and were part of the ninth GIS-Italian Days of Lifting and Exceptional Transport exhibition.

Combilift chief executive Martin McVicar says: “This recognition validates our unwavering commitment to innovation, safety, and training in the material handling industry. The CB70E is a perfect example of our dedication to providing our customers with efficient, eco-friendly, and safe solutions.”

The winners of the other categories were: 

  • Intermodal Operator: Intermodaltrasporti;
  • Logistics Operator: Torello Group; 
  • Port Operator: PSA Italy; and 
  • Port System Authority: Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare di Sicilia Orientale (Port System Authority of the Eastern Sicilian Sea).
