TMHS helps with aid reliefToyota supports LA relief efforts

Toyota Material Handling Solutions (TMHS) has thrown its support behind the aid effort for those affected by the California wildfires by donating six pallet jacks and two forklifts for use by the American Red Cross.
The equipment is now being utilised at a number of distribution centres to help move essential items such as food, water, shelter materials and medical equipment,
TMHS president and CEO Shankar Basu says: "We are deeply saddened by the devastation caused by the fires in Los Angeles, and we are committed to supporting the American Red Cross and its extended partnership with the Salvation Army to assist those impacted by this disaster”.

Kalmar has delivered four electric reachstackers to Westport’s new terminal at Norway’s Port of Moss.
Westport CEO Kristian Løvaas explains the reachstackers are integral to its “green transition” and decarbonising operations by 2030.
Kalmar delivered its first electric reachstacker to Westport in 2022.

Intralogistics specialists Rocla AGV Solutions, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Logisnext European’s operations, has completed the deployment of AGVs at a warehouse which will handle paper rolls weighing up to 1,400kg.
Working with Rocla’s partner in Poland, Logis, the deployment at the warehouse on an unnamed client, will also see the heavy paper rolls stored at a height of 7 m.
Logis product manager Poland, Michal Krawczak, described the investment as “another step towards modern, intelligent warehouses of the future”.

Palfinger previews its new forklift
Palfinger has previewed its new FHC 55 P centre seat, double reach, truck-mounted forklift at the World of Concrete show in Las Vegas.
The forklift includes Palfinger’s patented reach system and a tilting and side-shifting fork carriage and has what Palfinger describes as “one of the largest” operator cabins in the industry.
No other details of the new forklift have been released publicly.
