I am looking for multi-day training for 2 techs on series 7 & 8 series, ICE & Electric. When I say factory, I am just refering to factory Certified service training if posssible. I know a lot of dealers have in-house certified trainers that can do the training and supply materials. If you have someone quailified to do service traing please let me know and what type you have available. I am not in need of operator training.

can you give us a few more clues as to why and what?
full day/multi-day tech training?
training in particular systems or training on particular series of trucks?
weekly/monthly 'lunchbox' meetings?
Powered industrial truck safe operator training/certification? (yes, service techs must have it too)
?MCFA supported products don't count?
when you say "factory" do you mean someone employed by/from the factory gives the training, or that the "factory" has provided the materials or the factory has trained the trainer, who is an employee of the dealer?
I consider 40 hours per year per service tech over all time billed to training to be the average norm and is what i have always budgeted for.
