I have a Toyota Fork Truck model # 8FG CU25 that flashed a code-E A5-1. Does anybody know what that would be? Thank You

A5-1 Code - seat switch ground abnormality

Looks like you are not setting your parking brake when you jump off the truck.

check switches and wiring
