Clark launches its S25-35XE Renegade Lithium SeriesClark Material Handling Company is today launching its S25-35XE Renegade Lithium Series, a range of electric forklifts available in 5,000, 6,000 and 7,000 lbs. (2.3, 2.7 and 3.75T) capacities.
Powered by Clark’s Fusion Lithium battery, the materials handling equipment manufacturer says the new series of forklift “represents a major advancement in electric forklift technology, combining the strength of an internal combustion (IC) truck with the cost advantages and sustainability of lithium-ion power”.
Clark says compared to IC forklifts, the S25-35XE lowers total cost of ownership by at least 20% because of fuel savings.
It adds that the new series is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, offers more than six inches of ground clearance and can climb grades up to 27%, which Clark says matches the performance of its IC forklifts.
The S25-35XE Renegade series can operate in the rain at speeds up to 11 mp/h. (17.7km/h).
“The Renegade is built to make a splash in the industry,” says Brandon Bullard, VP of sales with Clark. “It delivers the rugged performance needed for the outdoors with the precision and comfort operators expect indoors.
“With its lithium technology, customers can count on total lower cost of ownership and faster, simpler charging. It’s a true game-changer for yard applications.”
