Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide industry leading customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other employees.
* Answer phones.
* Route calls or take messages if necessary.
* Data entry.
* Receiving of invoices.
* Filing and other office administration/clerical duties as needed.
* Open work orders, review work orders when turned in for completeness and accuracy.
* Close work orders when needed and help with invoicing.
* Route customer complaints to the correct person.
* Post labor and time card tracking.
* Invoice work orders.
* Filing for the service department and service manager.
* Adhere to all Company Policies and Work Rules.
* Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:
* Basic computer skills including but not limited to Windows, MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.
* Great interpersonal skills - at all times display honestly, ethics, and integrity.
* Good organizational skills.
* Able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
* Regular and prompt attendance.
Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
