We have been developing wheels and castors since 1946 that meet the ever-increasing demands of the market. From individual customer-specific items to standardised large batches. Our high demands on ourself, quality and capacity for innovation have made us one of the leading manufactures of wheels, pallet rollers, press-on tyres and swivel and fixed castors in the world. We produce almost all of our more than 30,000 different items in Germany. And with more than 10,000 customers, we call every part of the world home.
Increase of effiency through less rolling resistance
VULKODYN®:
A highly elastic polyurethane elastomer which we have developed for extremely dynamic applications. The material has excellent properties such as approximately 20% lower rolling resistance, higher load capacity at the same speeds, better driving comfort thanks to good damping, lower risk of flat spots during stoppages, hydrolysis resistance and better traction. VULKODYN® is therefore particularly suited for use at high speeds.
PEVODYN®-Soft:
Soft 78° Shore A is a new high-quality polyurethane elastomer that we have developed with high dynamic load capacity and significantly reduced starting and rolling resistance. The excellent mechanical properties of the material include high cutting, tearing and abrasion resistance. Thanks to its good noise reduction and vibration damping, PEVODYN®-Soft is particularly suitable for use on surfaces where care is needed. And with its hydrolysis resistance, the material is ideally suited for use in tropical climates.PEVOSOFT®:
A high-quality polyurethane elastomer which offers good dynamic load capacity, high elasticity, good mechanical wear resistance and good compressive set quality. PEVOSOFT®is also significantly more resilient than rubber. With a Shore hardness of 75° Shore A, it is suitable for all areas of application where better noise reduction and vibration damping, floor-saving usage, high driving comfort or secure transportation of delicate goods are required.The right wheel for every application
