I recently acquired a yale forklift, but the data plate is missing. All I can find on it is a serial number stamped on the frame, and a plate on the front of the machine with a few numbers on it.

Numbers from other plate:
787275 and 5021352-15
Any help would be great as I need the model # to order some parts. Thanks

Where do I even begin to locate a serial number? I have a Yale that fits this exact description I purchased in 1995. All I was told was it had a newly remanned Mazda engine that was OEM. I think the "brain box" might be bad as I am not getting any spark. I replaced coil which did not help. It has always ran very well for the most part and hadn't been ran in over a year. Trying to figure out what this box is called to even order one.

Here is your model, GLC040ABJVAE083, this has cushion tires, runs on propane, will lift 4000 pounds, has a triplex mast with a collapsed mast height of 83 inches.
you should be able to contact your local yale/hyster dealer w/the s/n.they can identify by s/n.the y is a machine made in Japan.if they can't help[or won't] measure fork size.unit is most likely a GLC O30 SERIES.I have been retired for a few yrs but spent almost 50 yrs w/yale dealer service.
It is propane with cushion tires, triple mast with side shift. Has a mazda engine.
Based on the S/N I can tell you it's a 1986 - the letter in front (Y) in this case used to tell you what plant manufactured it. That said I have never seen Y before, mostly see N for North Carolina. I assume this is a propane truck does it have cushion or pneumatic tires ?
