Hyster Europe has expanded its lineup of electric forkliftsHyster Europe has expanded its range of electric forklifts with the introduction of models with lift capacities between 4T and 7T.
The new Hyster J4.0-7.0XTLG forklifts builds on the Hyster J2.0-3.5XTLG forklifts and are suited for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Hyster says the new forklifts “replace internal combustion engines with integrated lithium-ion batteries and permanent magnet motors for zero emissions and high efficiency”.
The forklifts feature rugged construction, liquid-cooled batteries, large tyres, and optional weatherproof cabins to handle tough conditions. An integrated lithium-ion battery enables fast charging.
Eva Nachtergaele, regional product manager for Hyster says: “We’ve taken everything our customers value about internal combustion engine (ICE) powered trucks - like strength, reliability, and performance - and delivered it in a no-nonsense, zero-emission package”.
The new forklifts also features large super elastic tyres and high ground clearance. Optional extras on some models include large dual-tread tyres and waterproof cabins.
