you should be able to contact your local yale/hyster dealer w/the s/n.they can identify by s/n.the y is a machine made in Japan.if they can't help[or won't] measure fork size.unit is most likely a GLC O30 SERIES.I have been retired for a few yrs but spent almost 50 yrs w/yale dealer service.
