Linde R16-N no hydraulics

Hi, I have a Linde R16-N no hydraulics, just a humming noise when the levers are pulled, any ideas?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
