Hi,sir We had done water wash and air cleaned it after that machine started well after an hour fault indicater no 96-4 came and we checked all the sockets removing and cleaning and fixed back after that now the engine is not starting only dashboard light and one round light with spanner shows and fault no 676-3 and 96-4 is flashing,please suggest me for this problem.

I checked the plugs and they were a realy short plug they looked almost to clean to me do you think I need a longer plug hotter

I have a hyster s60xm that has impco mixer and impco lp filter this lift is hard starting in the moring I have replaced the impco mixer with a new one and also replaced lp filter and replaced the vacuum hoses and it is still hard to get started but once you get it started that first time after that it will start up every time the rest of the day. The engine is a 4 cylinder mazda or gm not sure. need help. note also replaced the carb diaphragm.

Hi sir now there is no code error on the dash board, with more eccelerator machine is ok but in low ideal it vibrates, mountings are also ok,and fuel pump nozzles also checked ok.Thanks for your reply.

This code means "DTC 524230-3 - Rear Work Lights Relay (RL7) Driver Output OORH".
Check the relay and the lights. Sometimes a defective ligth can cause this fault code.

Have you checked the glow plugs?
This fault code means "Glow Plug Relay Driver Output OORH".
If you have checked all the connector maybe the problem can eb found in the glow plugs.
Hello, is there any one who can help me to find out the fault,as i checked all the connectors of vsm ,and the key switch board also but nothing when i start the key switch the error code shows 676-3 and engine does not crank at all. Thanks.

yes i checked all the connectors they were not wet but still i removed and fixed back all indicators come when we on the key but 1 indicator with yellow round with spanner pictuture does not go and engine also not starting is there any password or any callibration needed but after water wash forklift was working for 1 day please let me know what else to be done.Thanks
676-3 is a glow plug relay reading high. This would be on a diesel unit. 96-4 is a LPG fuel level sensor reading low. This is for a LPR unit. Sounds like you have a VSM connector that is wet. Did you remove and dry out the connectors on the VSM? It is located under the dash cove on the right hand side.
