676-3 is a glow plug relay reading high. This would be on a diesel unit. 96-4 is a LPG fuel level sensor reading low. This is for a LPR unit. Sounds like you have a VSM connector that is wet. Did you remove and dry out the connectors on the VSM? It is located under the dash cove on the right hand side.
