Grab handle / steering is very hot, all controls in grab handle are very hot. Any idea or past problems with this?

Sounds like its a freezer spec unit, which have resistors in the controls. You can verify by looking at the data tag to the left of the grab bar. If there's an 'F' in the truck data number then its a freezer truck
