CDF file

We have a Fortens that was purchased at an auction in the nedtherlands. The VSM had to be replaced and we need the CDF files. We need a Hyster dealer fromm the Nedtherlands to provide it as Hyster USA will not respond to us. Any ideas ?

Hi can we download from the display with pc service tool or do we require a 3rd party software as I can't see options in service tool for such a process.

you have a copy of the file stored in the display cluster and with the pc service tool download it from display to the new VSM....
