Truck has no **** up the slightest uphill grade empty. Someone mentioned the fuel pressure was to low. This is a LPG Toyota 02-5FG30

Dose this sound right? If so, how do I adjust the fuel pressure on this truck??

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
