Thanks for taking time to assist me. So far I follow your directions and no solution. Both wire 21 and 22 are in spec. Beside code 71 there are two icon displaying on the dash one is the book and the other is the wheel.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
