Hello everybody!
With all due respect, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but nowadays A LOT of warehouses have some sort of wireless logistic communication. This interferes like **** with the "wireless" camera systems, and really **** of the guys operating the forklift, but also the guys in the office since there was a constant signal loss when a forklift passed by, or was near a transmitting unit. Apparently this was due to the 2.4GHz frequency, both systems are using (camera and logistic). It seems that the "old fashion" solution (with cable) remains the best. Since there is no need for extra batteries and such. Also there is absolutely no interference, and the image is 100% at all times.
Also, when installing a camera system on your forklift, bear in mind that when operating in cold storage warehouses, and outside, the need for a weatherproof monitor is not a luxury. Something we had to find out the hard way.
Kind regards!
Freddy
