LINDE THREE WHEEL

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A SMALL THREE
WHEEL LINDE.I THINK THE POT AT THE BACK STEER
WHEEL IS OFF.. THE TWO DRIVE MOTORS DONT WORK
IN SINK.ITS THE MODEL WERE THE CAB TILTS RIGHT
BACK...DONT HAVE THE PROPER MODEL TO HAND
.....ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

put the weel strait on
When he not drive put the pot meter 90 degrees
and he will drive
