Discussion:
Hydraulic interlock Return to neutral

Hello,
This time i'm working on a another forklift Hyster 3.0 FT ( L177B33159J)

The DSC displayed the following message " Hydraulic interlock return to neutral".
With the DSC i have check the seat sensor. He is over 1.5 volt ( actually, 3.40 volt) so he is good.
Then i check the mini lever, always with the DSC. ( I also change it to be sure..) He is good too.
Any fault codes appears.

Could someone give me more information?

Best regards
Paul.

Sounds like it needs the CDF flashed. This requires a laptop with the proper software and access to the CDF file. The CDF is only available to authorized dealers.

If it shows calibration out of range you need to replace the minilever.

Hello,
You have to calibrate the mini lever with the display.
Use the key "*" to select "enter password" in the menu with the arrows keys. The password is 55555. Then, go in the "calibrations" section and start the procedure you want to calibrate.

Problem solved!!
It came from the mini levers. One of them was Out of range and the neutral position was not detected. After the calibration procedures, the message disappear.
