Help with Error on Display

Hi everyone, I would like to know if anybody got this error before "Loss of connection to the SWM", I'm thinking is a vehicle manager problem not quite sure though.

Model: 420-C35TT

The forklift runs, but gives that error on the display and the alarm keeps going off every 10 seconds or so.

Well I am not top manager and I have all passwords for maintenance, yeah all the systems are wireless. We called in the service tech for our area Trained Raymond Tech and he didn't even know what the SWM error was, so at this point we are dead in the water, I think I did more than the service tech. I think I am just gonna have to swap out the VM to see if that changes anything.

Whoa! Access to these is by laptop and requires a program. The loss of signal error is usually there when you disconnect the equipment from the VM. it`s the quickest way to disable the system but it gives the error code. Usually, only top managers have the access to these. the tech is given an over ride card to change some settings and needs a password. This system is quite involved and and gives management total control over the truck, wireless. Raymond usually is the only one to program these.

Well yeah we have a system where you can badge in, and do, checklist, it also detects impacts and sets off a blue strobe light and shuts down the equipment. We can also send messages thru the system is called IDS. We don't have the speed sensors in place but I am pretty good with this system I've installed quite a few but I checked and double checked the whole system and settings and I couldn't find anything wrong, I guess I need to go back and check again and maybe replace the WPCM, by the way the IDS display itself is giving a Conflict error, tomorrow I will recheck cables maybe one is giving me the problems. Thanks for the input RayTech

Hey Fredz!
By chance do you see display added to this truck.....Raymond has an add on called ``I warehouse` that monitors all the driver`s inputs and speed. it has total control over the truck from a remote source. The managers at the plant can shut the truck down or slow it up if they detect an impact. it may be on demo from Raymond and no one told you it was installed. Happened to me!!! When its unplugged from the vehicle manager, you get the warning....loss of connection to SWM`. I warehouse is installed on this!!!
