ERROR CODE

TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A CODE ALL OF A SUDDEN BATTERIES ARE NOT STAYING CHARGED , AND NOW DONT CHARGE WHEN TURNING ON GET A CODE SAYS SRO OR 5RO NOT SURE WHAT THIS MEANS. ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

Emergency reverse button is closed at start up.
