CRANK SHAFT PULLEY COMING LOOSE

The crank pulley keeps coming loose on this V6 for some reason and has elongated the dowel holes in the pulley. I ordered a new one from the dealer and it came with no dowels -reordered and the next one also came without dowels.
Does anybody know if there was a recall or TSB on this prob?

I'd mic the crankshaft snout and the replacement pulley before I'd install the pulley. Usually when things keep loosening up it means the fit isn't as tight as it should be.

Had same problem can't remember about dowl rods. But found that the motor mounts bushing were bad causing motor to lift up, which loosened up crank bolt causing harmonic balancer and pulley fall away and crank bolt wallered out pulley hole.
