Terex Corporation has appointed Katia Facchetti to a newly created position of senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Most recently, Facchetti was president of Fusion5, a marketing innovation consultancy serving major industrial and consumer clients. Before that, Facchetti held senior marketing positions with Nabisco and Kraft/General Foods in consumer and foodservice businesses.

Kevin Barr has been named Terex Corporation's senior vice president for human resources. He was previously vice president for human resources.
