Jennifer Kong-Picarello

Connecticut-headquartered Terex, a heavy equipment manufacturer including MEWPs and material handling equipment, has named Jennifer Kong-Picarello as the successor to senior vice president and chief financial officer Julie Beck from February 2025.
Kong-Picarello most recently served as CFO of Energy Management, a USD29 billion, six-segment subsidiary of Schneider Electric. She has also previously worked as CFO of Honeywell’s warehouse automation and material handling solutions division.

Ann O'Hara
Hyster-Yale - United States
Ohio-based materials handling equipment producer Hyster-Yale has appointed Ann O’Hara to its Board of Directors after voting to increase the number of board members from 14 to 16.
O’Hara currently serves as the president - North America at food and retail packaging manufacturer Huhtamaki, a position she has held since 2020.
With a chemical engineering background and a MBA from Harvard Business School, O’Hara will also serve on both the Planning Advisory and Audit Review committees.
Her appointment is effective immediately.
Tejal Ranjan
JLT Mobile Computers - Sweden
Tejal Ranjan has joined rugged computing solutions provider JLT Mobile Computers as president of marketing for its North America division.
Ranjan’s extensive experience in the supply chain, partner marketing, customer success and demand generation will be utilised leading the transformation and acceleration of JLT’s US partner strategy.
JLT Mobile Computers CEO Per Holmberg adds: “She will play a pivotal role in the global team, creating a unified go-to-market strategy that establishes a consistent foundation across all geographies while addressing the unique challenges and demands of each region.”
