South Korean forklift manufacturer Doosan Industrial Vehicle (DIV) has transferred its European parts distribution centre from Sint-Niklaas, Belgium to Halle, Germany as it continues integrating within Doosan Bobcat. 

The new location in Halle Sachsen-Anhalt, where Doosan Bobcat operates its Bobcat construction equipment spare parts business, is 34,500 sqm. 

Doosan Bobcat vice president aftermarket and product support Paulo Florindo says: “The new facility in Halle, with 10 times larger span, will allow us to streamline our operations, improve delivery times and offer greater flexibility to our customers." 

DIV says the new centre, 15 minutes from the DHL Air Hub, will provide a next-day delivery service to the entire European Union region, with a cut-off time of 6.30pm for EU countries and 5.30pm for non-EU countries.

Doosan Bobcat acquired Doosan Corp’s forklift division in 2021 and renamed the unit Doosan Industrial Vehicle.

DIV’s product line has more than 179 vehicles and spans electric and pneumatic forklifts, reach trucks, stackers and other warehouse vehicles.
