Bolzoni names new Hungarian distributor

Bolzoni Group has appointed Bam Kft as its distributor for Hungary, selling and leasing products of each of the three Bolzoni brands - Bolzoni, Aurora and Meyer - from January 1.

The Italian forklift attachment producer says the appointment “reaffirms” its clear intentions to increase the company’s footprint in Eastern Europe.

Suzanne Klement had been Bolzoni’s Hungary distributor for 20 years until her retirement at the end of 2024.

Doosan Bobcat Belgium completes renovation

Doosan Bobcat has completed a EUR2 million (USD2 million) renovation and rebranding of its Belgian materials handling facility at the site it has occupied since 2010, including installing a new overhead crane and lifting bridges.

Doosan Bobcat is based in South Korea and is part of the Doosan Group. In 2021, it acquired Doosan Portable Power (DPP), a global manufacturer of air compressors, mobile generators and light towers, and Doosan Industrial Vehicle (DIV), a supplier of materials handling equipment and forklifts, rebranding its product offerings under the Doosan Bobcat Belgium brand.

The Sint-Niklaas operations include technical buildings, warehouses and a distribution and spare parts centre.
