Zion announces deal with Geek+Geek+ in new deal with Zion Solutions
Covington, KY, United States
Supply chain integrator, Zion Solutions Group (ZSG), has announced a strategic deal which allows it to directly buy and integrate robotics from autonomous mobile robot (AMR) technology developer, Geek+, into its warehouse and fulfilment centre projects across North America.
ZSG says the partnership will broaden its ability to deliver robotics-based automation solutions it says which improve throughput, reduce reliance on labor, and maximise space utilisation.
ZSG will use Geek+ AMRs for goods-to-person picking, inventory movement and space-constrained automation.
“Our customers don’t need more complexity,” says ZSG president Jim Shaw. “They need systems that deliver immediate impact and long-term scalability.”
Geek+ became the first publicly traded AMR company with its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in July.
